By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully

We specialize in custom fabrication and parts for ATVs and trucks. All products are made to order or customized as per customer specifications. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

For custom fabrication projects:

• A detailed quote will be provided based on your requirements.
• A deposit (percentage to be agreed upon) is required before work begins.
• Lead times vary depending on the scope of the job. We’ll communicate estimated timelines clearly, but delays can occur due to material availability or design changes.

We ship products within the U.S. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by the carrier

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless:

• The product is defective due to a fabrication error on our part.
• We sent the wrong item.

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Approved returns must be unused and in original condition

We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility and proper installation

All content, including product designs, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of CMfabrications and may not be used without written permission.

We collect basic personal information to fulfill your orders and improve our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment.
